Ingredients

  • potatoes - about 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • salt
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • garlic - 1/2 tsp, powdered
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • savory - 1 tbsp
  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • milk - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • processed cheese - 4/5 cup (200 g)

How to make

Put the sliced potatoes in a tray. Sprinkle with all of the spices + the oil and stir.

Pour water to submerge the potatoes halfway. Bake at 360°F (180 °C) until ready.

In the meantime, put the milk and feta cheese in a pot on the stove. Stir until the feta cheese melts.

Pour this mixture over the baked potatoes. Bake another 10 min. at 390°F (200 °C).
