  • jerky - 2 oz (50 g)
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp

How to make

Roll out the risen dough into an oval sheet, smear it with the mayonnaise, arrange the pieces of ham and cheese rolls on top, as well as the jerky, diced cheese and sprinkle lightly with parsley.

Wrap it into a roll, shape it into a loaf of bread, make a few cuts on top and bake at 360°F (180 °C) for 35-40 min. Then smear it with butter and wrap with a clean towel.
