How to make
Season the steaks with cumin and black pepper. Roll them in flour and braise them for 1-2 min. on each side.
Move them to a tray, and in the same oil braise the chopped potatoes and garlic. Add the resulting mixture to the steaks.
Separately, chop the onions, carrots and mushrooms and braise them, while seasoning with black pepper and soy sauce. Add the parsley and leave the mixture to cook until the ingredients soften a bit.
Meanwhile, mix the milk and yoghurt, cream and flour.
Add the resulting mixture to the veggies and stir. Cover the products in the tray with this sauce. Bake everything for about 40 min.
