  • eggs - 3 - 4
  • yoghurt - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • baking powder - 1 packet
  • vanilla - 2 powder packets
  • flour - 2 1/2 cups
  • sugar - 1 1/2 cups

How to make

Break the eggs in a large bowl. Then add the sugar and stir well with a mixer.

Add the yoghurt, baking powder, vanillas and flour.

Stir well and pour the prepared mixture into an oiled and floured form or tray.

Bake at 360°F (180 °C) until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
