How to make
Arrange a layer of potatoes, sliced into thin circles, in a buttered tray. Sprinkle with cheese and arrange strips of bacon.
Then place another layer of potatoes, cheese, bacon and potatoes again.
Sprinkle with cheese on top, pour on the 2 beaten eggs and cream.
Cover with foil and bake about 50 min. until the potatoes are ready. Remove the foil and bake to an appetizing, golden crisp.
