How to make
Prepare the sauce by mixing together the mayonnaise, mustard, honey, black pepper, chili and turmeric.
Salt the cleaned, washed and dried chicken wings to taste, put them in the sauce and rub it into them well. Leave aside while you make the potatoes.
Peel the potatoes, put them in salted water to boil until semi-cooked for about 10 min.
In a buttered tray (must be large enough to fit the potatoes), cut the semi-boiled potatoes into 4 pieces each, arrange them tightly in the tray.
Arrange the wings with the sauce on top, wrap the tray with aluminum foil and put it in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven.
Bake for 50 min. During the last 10 min. of baking, remove the foil and bake to a nice, light crisp. Very tasty chicken wings that are worth overeating with!
