How to make
Prepare the vanilla cream as follows. Beat the yolks, flour and sugar well with a mixer, then add the milk and vanilla. Boil until thickened. That's the way I make it to prevent flour lumps.
Beat the confectionery cream to snow in a bowl. Wait for the vanilla cream to cool and carefully mix it with the beaten confectionery cream.
Dip the biscuits in milk and arrange them in a cake form with removable sides - white biscuits, cream, brown biscuits and so on until done.
Set aside a little cream for decoration. Put the cake in the fridge to harden for 2-3 hours. Take it out and invert onto a platter.
Add the cream on top and spread it out well, grate a little chocolate too - mine turned out spectacular.
