Ingredients

  • veal - 28 oz (800 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • carrots - 2 - 3
  • oil - 3 - 4 tbsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 5 - 10 grains
  • savory - 1 pinch
  • oregano - 1 pinch
  • peas - 3 1/2 cups (850 g) canned

How to make

Dice the veal. Put the oil in a pot, add the veal pieces and 1 cup water.

Saute, then braise the meat well until reddened. Add the chopped onions and carrots, salt and spices.

Pour in another 2 cups water and leave it to simmer on low heat until the meat softens completely.

Once ready, add the peas and continue cooking a final 10-15 min.
