How to make
Add the crumbled yeast with the sugar and 1 tbsp flour to 2/5 cup (100 ml) warm milk. With this, the sifted flour and remaining products, knead a soft dough. Leave in a warm area to rise.
Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll out each into a sheet, smear it with melted lard or butter.
Wrap each into a roll, cut it into triangles.
Arrange them in a deep tray, with the wide parts facing inward in the inner circle, and the ones on the outside with their wide parts facing outward.
Form the center of the loaf from the ends of the 2 rolls. You can shape it into a flower or spiral.
Let it rise for 30-40 min., smear with beaten yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated 320°F (160 °C) oven.
