  • peppers - 44 lb (20 kg)
  • eggplants - 13 lb (6 kg)
  • tomato paste - 10 cups (2400 g)
  • oil - 10 2/5 cups (2.5 L)
  • sugar - 2 - 3 tbsp

How to make

Wash the peppers and eggplants and bake them. Then peel them.
