How to make
Pick clusters of black elder, wash them under running water and carefully remove the seeds, while making sure there aren't any green seeds because they're poisonous.
Arrange a layer of black elder seeds in a dry jar, sprinkle with sugar on top, arrange black elder, sugar and so on until you've filled the jar.
I prepare a small dose as a prophylactic.
Leave in the fridge for 2 weeks and then it's ready to eat.
Drink 1 tsp of the syrup every morning before breakfast to boost the immune system!
