  • eggs - 3
  • yoghurt - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • feta cheese - 9 oz (250 g), grated
  • flour - 2 - 3 cups

How to make

Add the ingredients in the order listed. Stir by hand with a wooden spoon. You need to get a thick, homogeneous mixture.

Pour the mixture out into a greased and floured medium-sized tray. Bake in a 370°F (190 °C) oven to a dry toothpick.

Notes: You can add more or less feta, it's to taste. The amount of flour is 2-3 cups, depending on the size of the eggs.
