How to make
Peel the zucchini, potatoes, onion and carrot and cut them into pieces in a suitable container.
Add the eggs, flour, oil, crumbled feta cheese, finely chopped parsley, oregano, pinch of salt and black pepper.
Stir everything with a fork, pour it into an oven dish and bake in a preheated 390°F (200°C) oven until the vegetables soften.
Once ready, take the oven dish out and sprinkle grated cheese on top. You don't need to return it to the oven. The heat of the dish itself is enough to melt the cheese after 3-4 min.
Serve with parsley or garlic sauce! Tasty and full of veggies!
