  • zucchini - 4
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • yoghurt - 5 tbsp
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp
  • dill - 2 - 3 bunches
  • black pepper
  • cheese - for sprinkling

How to make

Wash, peel and coarsely grate the zucchini. Pour them into a bowl and add the feta cheese, eggs, yoghurt, flour, dill and black pepper.

Mix the ingredients and pour into an oiled oven dish. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180° C) oven about 35-40 min.

Take the oven dish out, grate cheese on top and return to the oven for another 5 to 10 min. for the cheese to crisp.
