How to make
Put the yeast in a bowl with the sugar, stir and pour in a little of the warm milk. Sprinkle with some flour and leave it to activate.
Sift the flour and salt, beat the eggs with the yoghurt and add them to the flour. Knead a nice, smooth, elastic dough, leave it in a warm area to rise, then divide it in 2, while having 1 part much larger than the other.
Roll out the large one into a sheet, smear it with butter and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese, roll it up and leave it aside.
Roll out the smaller one into a rectangular sheet as well. Put the roll in its middle, make cuts along the sides of the sheet and twist them together.
Oil an oven dish and put the loaf in it, wrap the ends downward and put a little piece of dough in the middle to connect them. Leave the loaf to rise, then smear it with the egg yolk which you've beaten with a little milk and oil.
Sprinkle with sesame and pumpkin seeds. Bake in a preheated 340°F (170 °C) oven.
