Ingredients

  • potatoes - 8 large
  • ham - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • eggs - 1
  • butter - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • oil - 2 - 3 tbsp

How to make

Wash the potatoes well, without peeling them. Poke them with a fork and smear with the oil. Wrap each potato in foil, then bake in a 390°F (200 °C) oven for 1 hour until ready.

Once ready, carve them out carefully with a spoon from the top side in order to form a bowl. Put a piece of butter in each carved out potato.

Chop the ham finely, mix it with the crumbled feta cheese, grated cheese and beaten egg. Add the spices and stir well. Fill the carved out potatoes with this mixture.

Arranged the stuffed potatoes in an oven dish or directly onto a sheet of foil and bake for 20 min. at 360°F (180 °C). Serve warm. You can pour yoghurt or other sauce of your choice over them if you like.
