How to make
Sift the flour, make a well and add the yoghurt with the baking soda dissolved in it, plus the beaten eggs, 2 tbsp oil and the sugar.
Knead a dough, let it sit for 10 min. Roll out a sheet and cut out fritters, fry them in an oil bath to a golden color.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with feta cheese and jam.
