How to make
First, cut off the tops of the buns and put them aside, if you'd like to serve with them. Remove the insides of each one and put a small piece of butter in. Dice half the cheese, grate the other half.
Beat the eggs with the feta cheese and diced cheese, add the finely chopped sausages, the olives and pepper. Mix well and fill the buns with this mixture.
Heat the oven and put the buns to bake on the top element. Once reddened, take them out and sprinkle with a little cheese. Return to the oven for the cheese to melt.
