How to make
Cut out the inside of the bread, as 1 whole, leaving about 1 (2.5 cm) from the edges and save it.
Put a little butter in a pan and put the bread slice in it. Break an egg on top, salt.
Once it's nearly cooked, put the ham on top, plus the cheese and the bread middle.
Fry briefly until the cheese melts and the bread gets toasted.
