  • mince - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • eggs - 1
  • breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • savory - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • onions - 1 head
  • salt - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • oil - 2 tsp (10 ml)

  • cheese - 2 oz (50 g)

How to make

Knead the mince with the egg, parsley, grated onions, breadcrumbs, salt and savory and let it sit for 10 min.

Boil the carrots in salted water for 10 min. and cut them into strips. Boil 2 eggs, peel them and cut them into quarters.

Put the mince onto a wet towel or aluminum foil and roll it out to an oval shape about 1/2″ (1 cm) thick. Arrange the carrots, eggs and chopped into strips pickles on one end. Lift up the foil and carefully form a roll.
