How to make
Leave the eggs at room temperature. Break them 1 by 1 in a dry bowl. Beat them with a mixer. Everything in this recipe is beaten with a mixer. Add the sugar to the eggs and beat again. Pour in the milk, oil and beat.
Sift the flour and mix it with 1 packet baking powder. Gradually add the flour and beat.
Cut the walnuts and Turkish delight into small pieces.
Smear a cake form with oil (can use a small round oven dish). Sprinkle on a little flour so the mixture doesn't stick when baking the cake.
Pour in the cake mixture and even it out. Distribute pieces of walnuts and Turkish delight evenly in the form on top.
During baking, some of the walnuts and Turkish delight are going to sink in, others will remain on the surface and some will be in the middle. This means walnuts and Turkish delight everywhere when we take a bite.
Bake in a 360°F (180 °C) oven. Once it's ready and cools a bit, sprinkle with lots of powdered sugar. Next, cut it into slices.
When you take a bite, you're going to notice the walnuts, Turkish delight, fluffy aromatic cake and lots of powdered sugar. The powdered sugar does not melt.
It's best to beat with a mixer, the cake comes out better, tastier and taller that way. Ingredients are enough for 12 slices.
