How to make
Set aside 2/5 cup (100 ml) of sweetened milk to dip the biscuits in.
Heat the rest of the milk with the sugar in a pot. Beat the pudding with 2 ladles of milk into a sludge and pour it in a thin trickle into the hot milk, while stirring nonstop to prevent burning.
It'll thicken after 2 min., remove from the stove, add the butter and dark chocolate immediately and stir until they melt.
Pour a little cream into the bottom of a platter or plate, arrange the biscuits (dipped in milk for a second) on top, cover with cream.
After the 2nd layer of biscuits and cream, arrange a layer of round banana slices, then cream again, biscuits and finish off with cream.
Sprinkle generously with grated white chocolate, put it for 1-2 hours in the fridge to set.
Cut into slices and serve.
