How to make
Mash the bananas with a hand blender, add the eggs to them. Melt the butter and add it to the mixture. Then add the cocoa and peanut butter.
Stir everything until homogeneous. The tahini (peanut butter in my case) will thicken the mixture and make it look like a cake dough. It turns out very delicious with hazelnut tahini.
Finally, add the finely chopped walnuts. Stir the mixture one final time. Put it in the desired form, which you've buttered beforehand. Bake at 350°F (175 °C) for about 20-25 min.
You can pour melted chocolate over the cake, then cut it into pieces before the chocolate hardens.
This cake is suitable for diabetics - it contains no flour or sugar!
