  • flour - 2 cups
  • sugar - 2 cups
  • baking powder - 1
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • carrots - 3 cups
  • eggs - 4
  • oil - 3/4 cup
  • raisins - 3/4 cup
  • walnuts - 3/4 cup
  • oranges - 2
  • powdered sugar - for sprinkling

How to make

Grate the carrots and set aside 3 cups of them.
