Ingredients

  • confectionery dye - 1, green
  • bananas - 4
  • chocolate - 1, mint
  • compote - 1
  • caramelized sugar - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • pearls - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g), purple

How to make

Syrup the cake layer with the compote and leave it to absorb it. In the meantime, beat the confectionery cream, grate the chocolate and cut the bananas into round slices.
