"That`s how it starts - you eat 1 slice, you make 1 cake and before you know it - you`re a master chef."

Ingredients

  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 L)
  • starch - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • croissants - 5 - 6, with chocolate filling
  • chocolate - 2 blocks
  • walnuts - 1 cup
  • kiwis - 4
  • gelatin - 1/2 packet
  • physalis - for decoration
  • blueberries - 3 tbsp, dried
  • sugar - 4/5 cup (200 g)
measures

How to make

Cut the croissants into small slices. Set aside some of the milk in which you'll be dissolving the starch to obtain a mash.

Heat up the rest of the milk. Add the sugar and dissolved starch. Stir nonstop with a stirrer to thicken the cream.

In a cake form with removable sides, place a layer of croissant slices. Pour cream over them. Distribute the dried blueberries.

Peel the kiwis and cut them into round slices. Arrange some of the kiwis on top of the cream. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

Arrange another layer of croissants, pour cream on top and smooth it out. Arrange pieces of kiwi for decoration.

Dissolve the gelatin according to packet directions. Smear pieces of kiwi with it using a silicone brush. Sprinkle with walnuts, decorate with grated chocolate blocks and physalis .

Cool before serving.
