How to make
Lay out the puff pastry in a form with removable walls. Have it go up the walls.
Chop the onion very finely and knead the mince with the spices + egg and breadcrumbs. Form small round meatballs. Roll them in flour and fry them.
Arrange a layer of meatballs on the puff pastry and cover them with grated cheese. Place more meatballs on top and cover with cheese once again.
Fold the extra puff pastry inward and bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven until it's ready.
