How to make
Cut the chicken into portions, use the wings, cut the legs and breast in half, remove the chicken neck, you won't be needing it.
Sprinkle the meat pieces with salt, black pepper, paprika. Pour olive oil in a pan and heat it, add the meat and braise until golden.
Clean the cabbage and cut it into pieces, put them in an oven dish, season with the tomatoes, salt, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, mash carefully with your hands, enough to flavor it and put it in a clay pot.
Add the bay leaves, pour in olive oil and add the chicken meat. Pour in the broth and close with the lid.
Put the clay pot in the oven, heat it to 390°F (200 °C), leave it for half an hour until it comes to a boil. Once it does, reduce to 320°F (160 °C) and cook the dish for 2 hours.
