How to make
Crumble the chocolate and melt it in a water bath. To the resulting hot chocolate, add the sunflower seeds and oats. Stir and pour the mixture into a cake form that you've laid out with transparent foil.
Press down with a spoon. Leave it for 40 min. in the fridge. Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes. Place them on top of the chocolate layer.
Soak the gelatin in 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) apple juice and once it swells, add it to the rest of the juice, which you've heated to near boiling point. Cool the jelly a little and pour it over the apples. Leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.
