How to make
Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath, remove from the stove and add the vanilla extract.
Beat the eggs, cream and sugar very well and pour them in to the chocolate mixture. Lay out a form with baking paper and pour the mixture in it.
Heat the oven to 360°F (180 °C) and bake the cake for 45 min. Serve it decorated with raspberries, strawberries or fruits of your choice.
