Ingredients

  • chicken legs - 10 - 12
  • spice mix - 2 tsp, for chicken
  • oil
  • onions - 1 head
  • carrots - 1
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • green beans - 1 jar
  • cherry tomatoes - 10 - 12
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • black pepper
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Arrange the chicken legs in an oven dish. Sprinkle them with salt, the spice mix and oil. Bake in the oven.

Then take the chicken legs out and add the finely chopped onion and tomato paste to the oven dish, sprinkle with flour. Stir well and pour in water.

Return the chicken legs to the oven dish, add the green beans and spices. Return to the oven at 390°F (200 °C) for about 35 min.

Add the cherry tomatoes and finish cooking the dish. Sprinkle with chopped dill if desired.

Serve this stew with a spoon of yoghurt.
