Pour the milk into a pot to heat on a moderate stove. Grate the onions and put them into the milk, add the processed cheese, stir until it melts completely.
Chop the mushrooms into coarse pieces and add them to the milk sauce. Dilute the flour and add it if you need to, in order to get a nice medium thick sauce.
