How to make
Put the mince in a bowl and season it with black pepper, cumin, oregano, savory and 1 chopped onion head. Knead it and form meatballs of approximately the same size. Smear an oven dish with olive oil and arrange them in it.
Clean the rest of the onions and carrots and cut them. Put them between the meatballs in the oven dish and salt them. Heat the oven to 360°F (180 °C) and put the oven dish in it.
Bake for about 15 min., then take it out, add the canned tomatoes, paprika, thyme, basil, garlic cloves and pour in the broth. Cover with aluminum foil and saute for 40 min.
Take the oven dish out and remove the foil, break an egg between each pair of meatballs and put them in to finish baking until the eggs are done. Finally, sprinkle with fresh parsley.
