How to make
Season the cleaned chicken with salt, thyme and paprika on all sides.
Stuff the chicken with a grapefruit that you've cut into pieces. Cut the 2nd grapefruit in 2.
Squeeze out the juice of 1/2 the grapefruit and smear the chicken with it on all sides, especially on the inside.
Put the chicken in an oven dish and pour in a glass of water.
Sprinkle it with oil and bake to a golden crisp. Upon serving, garnish with the other slice of grapefruit.
