"Grab a nice large bowl of fresh salad and come on over because we`ve made a Meat Roll with Mince and Bacon!"

Ingredients

  • mince - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • bacon - 7 oz (200 g)
  • pork clod - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • carrots - 1
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • parsley - dry

How to make

Peel the onions and chop them finely. Chop the carrot as well. Saute the vegetables in the oil until softened.

Arrange the bacon on foil. On top of the bacon, arrange the pork meat which you've cut into thin steaks.

Lay out the mince in a thin layer on top of the meat. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and parsley.

Distribute the vegetable stuffing on top and wrap it into a roll using the foil.

Put the roll in a heated and oiled oven dish. Wrap it in more foil and bake in a moderate oven.

To obtain a nice crisp, remove the foil toward the end of baking.
