Ingredients

  • biscuits - 2 packets
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • liquid cream - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • mascarpone - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • cherries - white and red
  • sour cherries
  • gelatin - 1 packet
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • mint - for decoration

How to make

Blend the biscuits in a blender. Add the softened butter and knead until you get a smooth dough.

Lay it out in a cake form 8″ (20 cm) in diameter with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven for 10 min. Cool the baked layer.

Beat the liquid cream with the mascarpone into thick snow using a mixer. Smear the biscuit layer with this thick cream.

Dissolve the gelatin according to packet directions. Add the sugar to it and pour it into the fruits, which you've removed the pits from ahead of time.

Before they gel completely, distribute the fruits on top of the biscuit tart. Garnish with mint leaves.
