How to make
Sprinkle the counter with sugar and cinnamon. Lay out the puff pastry on top. Sprinkle generously with sugar and cinnamon again.
Wrap into a roll from both sides, they need to meet in the middle.
Cut them in 2, wrap them in foil and freeze for about 15 min.
Take them out of the freezer and cut them into 1/2″ (1.5 cm) slices. Arrange them in a shallow oven dish with baking paper with some space between them.
Bake briefly in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until golden.
Be careful not to burn them because they are thin and bake quickly.
