How to make
This Cheesecake is exceptionally quick to make and uniquely delicious. It's only a matter of arranging the ingredients properly.
1. Clean the strawberries, cut them in 2, put them in a pan, pour on the sugar and water. Leave them for 10 min. to boil a bit.
2. Melt the butter, blend the biscuits and mix them with it. Also add the milk. Smear a cake form with removable sides with part of the butter and pour in the mixture for the layer. My cake form was 6 3/4″ (17 cm) in diameter. Leave it in the freezer to harden.
3. Mix the cream cheese with the sour cream and powdered sugar. Melt the gelatin in a water bath according to package directions and pour half of it over the resulting cream.
4. Pour the cream into the cake form and return to the freezer.
5. Your strawberries are now ready, take them off the stove and pour in the rest of the gelatin. Leave to cool about 10 min. and pour the juice into the cake form. Arrange the strawberries as you like and put them in the freezer.
The cake takes about 20 min. to prepare. All you have to do is wait for it to harden. I took mine out after 30 min. in the freezer and it was ready for consumption.
Bon appetit!
