Beat the eggs with the sugar very well and subsequently add the oil, the baking soda that's been extinguished in 1 tsp vinegar, the jam dissolved in the tea, the vanilla and cinnamon.
Stir well and gradually add the sifter flour, while stirring with a spoon.
Pour the cake batter into an oiled and floured form and put it to bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven until a toothpick comes out dry when you poke the cake.
The result is a truly aromatic and tasty cake, which you have to invert after it cools. Decorate it as desired.
