Ingredients

  • for the layer
  • biscuits - 7 oz (200 g), with oats
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • for the cream
  • cottage cheese - 2 1/2 cups (600 g)
  • sour cream - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • butter - 1 packet
  • eggs - 4
  • sugar - 4 tbsp
  • corn starch - 6 tbsp
  • vanilla - 2 packets
  • lemon juice - of 1/2 a lemon

How to make

Mix the ground biscuits with the melted butter. Distribute the mixture along the bottom of a suitable form and put it in the fridge. Mix the mashed cottage cheese with the cream until you get a smooth mass.

Beat the eggs in a separate container. Add the sugar and butter. Stir the resulting mixture with the first mixture, while also adding the starch, vanilla and lemon juice.

Beat until you get a homogeneous mass. Pour the mixture over the layer and bake for about 60 min. at 340°F (170 °C). Leave the cooled cheesecake in the fridge overnight.
