  • liquid cream - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • flour - 6 tbsp
  • cocoa - 3 tbsp
  • sour cream - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup
  • for the glaze
  • milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • sugar - 4 tbsp
  • cocoa - 4 tbsp
  • butter - 1 tbsp

How to make

Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the liquid cream, flour and baking soda that you've extinguished in the vinegar. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Add the cocoa to one of them.

Distribute the 2 parts into 2 separate greased oven dishes and bake 35 min. at 360°F (180 °C). Cut the white cake layer into cubes.

Mix the sour cream with the powdered sugar and dip the white cubes in it one by one.

Smear the chocolate cake layer with the cream and put the white cubes on top. To make the glaze, bring the milk to a boil, add the sugar and cocoa and boil 4 min. on low heat.

Add the butter and boil another 3 min. After it cools, pour it on top of the cake.
