How to make
Pour a little warm milk over the semolina and leave it to get soaked in. Beat the softened butter with the egg yolks and salt to taste. Add the crumbled cottage cheese and semolina.
Knead a soft dough, then add the beaten to snow egg whites to it.
Divide the dough in 2 and form 2 elongated buns, put them in separate oiled cloth napkins, tie them loosely, drop them in boiling water and boil for about 30 min.
Take the dumplings out, drain them and cut them into slices. When serving, pour melted butter over them.
