Ingredients

  • onions - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • mutton - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • parsley - 8 bunches

How to make

Chop the onions coarsely and saute them in the heated oil.

Add the very finely chopped meat and saute on low heat for 20 min.

Sprinkle with salt and paprika and add the tomato paste that's been diluted in a little water.

Saute for another 35 min. on low heat. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve.
