"They call it impossible because it`s impossible to stop eating it, no matter how hard you try."

Ingredients

  • eggs - 4
  • milk - 1 4/5 cups (440 ml)
  • flour - 2/5 cup (110 g)
  • sugar - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g) (at room temperature or melted) + some to grease the form
  • coconut flakes - 1/5 cup (70 g) (for sprinkling)
  • vanilla - 1 - 2 sticks

How to make

Pour the eggs in a deep bowl and add the milk to them. Add all the other ingredients, do not mix yet.

Start beating with a mixer only once you've put in all of the other ingredients, until you get a homogeneous mixture. Note that the mixture needs to be runny and not as thick as for a cake.

Put it into a greased tray and bake in a preheated 360°F (180°C) oven for about 40 minutes. Sprinkle the finished tart with coconut flakes and cut it into pieces.

Optionally, you can serve it with ice cream or some kind of jam.
