Ingredients

  • chickens - 1 (about 3.5 lb (1.5 kg))
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • potatoes - 4 - 5 (medium)
  • processed cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g) (cheddar flavored if possible)
  • spice mix - for chicken
  • black pepper - to taste
  • oil - 3 - 4 tablespoons
  • lemons - 1

How to make

Wash the chicken. Mix the spices well with 1 tbsp of oil and the processed cheese. Then brush the chicken with this mixture - both inside and out. Brush it very well.

Cut the lemon into 2 parts, put them inside the chicken. Cut the potatoes and mushrooms and put them in a pre-greased oven dish. Then cover them with water and place the chicken on top.

Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for 35-40 minutes. Take the chicken out and flip it in order to bake the bottom side. Top it with 2 tablespoons of oil.

Return it to the oven and bake for another 20-odd minutes. When serving, you can offer up the lemons from inside the chicken. Garnish with fresh salad.
