  • mince - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • onions - 1 head
  • eggs - 1
  • bread - 2 - 3 slices
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • parsley
  • oil

How to make

Mix the minced meat with the chopped onion, egg, the bread that's been pre-soaked in water and the spices.

Leave it to stand for about 1 hour. Then fry the meatballs in preheated oil.
