Ingredients

  • yoghurt - 2 lb (1 kg), strained
  • breadcrumbs - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • eggs - 2 - 3
  • oil - for frying
  • honey
  • walnuts - ground

How to make

Use an ice cream spoon to scoop up some strained yoghurt, roll it in breadcrumbs and then in the beaten eggs.

Put it in hot oil, fry until golden on all sides, then put it on paper towels. Put it in a dessert dish, pour plenty of melted honey on and sprinkle it with crushed walnuts.
