How to make
Beat the egg with the sugar. Add the softened butter. Dissolve the baking soda in the yoghurt and add it to the other liquid ingredients.
Mix all the dry ingredients, add them to the other mixture and knead a dough. Put the dough away for about 20 minutes in the refrigerator to harden and make it easier to form. You can use cookie cutters for the cookies or you can shape them by hand.
Arrange the cookies in an oven dish on baking paper and bake for about 10 minutes on moderately high heat.
