  • bread - 2 buns
  • tofu - 3 oz (80 g)
  • mayonnaise - 4 tablespoon, soya
  • olives
  • cherry tomatoes - 4
  • arugula - 1 handful

How to make

Cut the buns lengthwise and smear them with the mayonnaise.
