How to make
Clean and wash the chicken. Remove the skin and cut the chicken into small pieces. Grate the onion, add the curry powder, salt and mix well. Add the peeled and grated tomatoes.
Fry the mixture with curry for about 2 minutes and add the pieces of chicken and broth (dissolved in 2 cups of water). Cover it until it boils, then reduce the heat and leave it to boil for another 30 minutes.
Mix the flour with a little water to make a sludge, add the sauce and let it come to a boil, stirring constantly.
Pour it in to the chicken, stir well and boil until thickened.
